Install Realpha on your phone

No app store and no download. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Articles you have read stay on the device, so they work without a signal.

iPhone and iPad

Open this site in Safari.
Tap the Share button (a square with an up arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down, choose "Add to Home Screen", then tap "Add".

Android, or Chrome and Edge on a computer

If an "Install Realpha" button appears above, tap it.
No button? Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".

After installing

Open Realpha from the home screen icon. No address bar, just the article.
Articles you read are saved automatically, up to the latest 60. Offline, the app lists what you can still read.
Audio articles keep playing on the lock screen, with play and pause from the lock screen or your headphones.
To remove it, delete the icon like any other app.
