A few days after reading a post, most of it is gone. So every post ends with "one thing to take with you": a single idea and a small exercise you can try today. You don't need to remember the whole post — just that one thing.
You can listen, too
Audio versions are being added over time. Anything marked 🎧 can be played right on the page. The narration is an AI-synthesised version of the author's own voice — good for a commute, a walk, or doing the dishes.
What the human does, what the AI does
This site is made by a human and an AI together. Direction, judgement and final choices are the human's; the AI helps gather material, write code, produce the bilingual versions, draw figures and proofread. Every post is read by a human before it goes up. The English edition is a rewrite, also checked by a human.
